Delivery

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery of the Product to the Client is chargeable, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise. The Product delivery costs (including transport, delivery and postal fees) shall be indicated to the Customer on the website of the Online Shop in the information tab concerning delivery costs and during placing an Order, including at the moment of expressing the Customer's will to be bound by the Sales Agreement.

Goods of the weight up to 130 kg shall be delivered by a courier company and Mansi London's own transport. Goods of a weight exceeding 130 kg and marked as 'special delivery' are delivered EXW (Ex - Works). The Seller delivers the Goods putting them at the Client's disposal in the indicated warehouse (81-521 Gdynia al. Zwycięstwa 235/4).

Personal collection of the Product by the Customer is free of charge and available at the address:

AL. ZWYCIĘSTWA 234/5 81-521 GDYNIA - on working days, from 10:00 to 18:00.

Collection is possible by prior arrangement, by e-mail or by phone.

On Customer's request expressed by ticking the checkbox which reads:

" I authorise Mansi London Sp. z o.o. to order the shipment on my behalf”.

Mansi London Sp. z o.o. will determine the cost of transport and courier company and will send the Customer information about the cost of delivery for acceptance.

The final choice of shipping method is decided by the Customer and confirmed by e-mail.

The goods are packed in a careful and safe way. Each item is additionally secured. The whole product is sent in special wooden crates. Large dimensions are sent on pallets or half-pallets. The transport service does not include carrying in.

At each stage of the order's realisation, the Customer may count on telephone contact with the office staff. You will also be informed well in advance about the planned date of delivery of the ordered products.

In the case of shipments sent by courier company, we will send the bill of lading number or the tracking number, based on which on the website of the relevant courier company you will be able to track the subsequent stages of delivery.

In the case of delivery by the Seller's own transport, the Customer is informed in detail about the date and time of delivery.

In the interest of order security, all shipments are additionally insured to minimize the risk of damage during delivery.
